Consider the self you want to save from trauma.

No one can put themselves in a box – not even if they want to. Here I consider how the exclusive concept is the trauma; that we may come to readdress who we want to save: who we are, and what that means.

If one considers themselves indeterminable – who they are; what they are – then ‘many’ mustn’t mean a multiplicity of causes of life outside of our self, since what is indeterminable is infinite, and thus, the only thing.

I’m not speaking of forcing a different identity or concept, but shifting to what we already understand ourselves to be – and that it is, in fact, indeterminable. And thus we can reconsider trauma, whose trauma, what trauma is, and what our guidance is from a more breathe-easy perspective as opposed to a frightened one.
