All Life And All Peace Is Here with you. This recording may be helpful for those who wish to disidentify from judgement, self-concept, or animus etc. It may also be helpful for those who have experienced gaslighting, and wish to discern truth from illusion.

A small talk recorded on 29/11/24. A few notes I made upon review – –
When there’s anticipation of judgement, defenselessness and being still will help. They’re about themselves, and we’re eternity.
-Thoughts that may criticize you may seem amiable, but when juxtaposed with stillness they are insane, and not motivated by your identity.
-To know someone is synonymous with loving them; love tells you you’re enough.
-Peace of all is within your hands, as you are all. No caused enemy – just a pool of thoughts about themselves.
-You may be overwhelmed by thoughts proving themselves, but they are restricted to sense perception.
-The present allows for one to withdraw belief from – and thus defense of – that one’s thoughts and words warrant policing.
– How judgement shames – or judges – for a conflict it has incited.(Self-)judgement, then, justifies abuse, so it remains untrue and therefore unreal.
-When someone poses “Do you believe it?” For some, the question may ring differently if it is accepted that such an inquiry is futile and even self-victimizing for a situation that seems to remain regardless of what we think.
But what we believe is what matters. Since thought and perception seem to appear inseparable we can be assured that what we seem to fear or what insinuates that we can be separate from ourselves in any way is a thought only; – and not only is this thought without relevance to loving reality, which is ourselves, but it is at the will of our liberty to observe and dismiss.
